Have you ever heard of banana bread latte?? They seem to have a variety of unique flavors of lattes. My friends and I all decided to try the pandan latte, while one of us ordered the banana bread latte. It was surprisingly good!! Although I thought it was on the stronger side cause of the caffeine. I think it's good flavor for those who actually prefer that. I just wished it was a tad bit sweeter. It's nice how you can sub with oat milk. The baristas are very passionate in what they do and easy to talk to. The interior and vibes were slightly emo lol. They have a vinyl area where they can play song requests. This place is so unique because it also served alcohol / non alcoholic drinks besides coffee. There were some seating in front, indoors, and outside patio area.

Beware!! This place is addicting ;) seriously the ube latte & matcha iced latte are my weakness. Such a cute place too. The service is quick and the staff are really nice.

Interesting coffee, great ambiance. I stopped by early morning and got an iced ube latte. Service was friendly, but only one barista was working at the time. The latte was quite good with a nice balance of strength from the espresso and the perfect amount of sweetness. Though, the ube dairy that they used was a bit bland than I would've liked. It added a nice earthy floral-ness to the drink, but was hard to taste in the drink. Overall, the design and vibe of the shop was the best selling point with cozy interior, free wifi, and lots of outlets and tables for studying if needed. Overall good experience here.

Stopped here after doing the handcar tour in Marina. Lovely drinks, lovely vibe. Ordered the chai latte and was blown away. It had an extra pepper kick that was amazing!

So happy I decided to try this place. I ordered a hot Lavender Honey Latte made with oatmilk...10/10. One of the very few places I've been to that make a great hot latte. Great place to work/study. I will say it is on the pricier side. My drink alone was $8.76.

Monterey, Ca. While on a quest of sorts to find Montereys best latte we arrived here one morning to find a lone barista becoming overwhelmed with orders and a leaking roof. An assistant showed up soon and the production of orders smoothed out quickly. Our lattes had nice art and were excellent. Perhaps just a tad milky but that's my assessment. Served in a standard sized Not Neutral cup. The chairs in the lounge were pretty cool and comfortable. Perhaps this place could be viewed as "Hipster" but what's wrong with that? I liked it. I liked how they used the crate lid for their cappuccino machine as wall art in the bathroom. Limited supply of foodstuffs on this day.

Counterpoint coffee has become my absolute favorite local coffee shop in Monterey. They really care about the quality of their coffee and the baristas are skilled in steaming milk and pouring some dope latte art. In fact, counterpoint offers latte art classes for those who are interested in learning how to craft their own drinks. The matcha rose water lemonade is excellent with the flavors being really well balanced and not overly sweet which many lemonades are. They offer beer on tap and this spot is awesome to sit down with a pint and people watch. If you're ever in Monterey (specifically seaside), come give counterpoint a visit. This owner operated and the owner is truly passionate about coffee, music, and art and the vibes here are a reflection of that. Cheers!
